Shelly Kainth

With over 8 years of experience in the legal field, Shelly has developed a strong passion for Employment Law and HR. She takes pride in overseeing the HR function, enhancing operational activities, and fostering positive employee relations within Ruebik.

Rhianna Maxwell-Lewis

Rhianna Maxwell-Lewis

Rhianna has extensive experience across multiple industries in both B2B and B2C sectors, working with clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to Series A startups on an international scale. She has operated at both the executive level and two levels below, specialising in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Human Resources. Rhianna excels in building relationships, gathering compelling insights, analysing addressable markets, and successfully delivering results for her clients.

Riddhi Patel

Riddhi, coming from a Public Health background, is familiar with the inequalities that remain prevalent in society and has joined Ruebik to tackle those that exist in relation to employment and income. She oversees consultancy mandates, events and marketing communications for the business.

Georgie has made significant contributions across multiple diverse hires into FTSE 500 organisations throughout her experience in a 360 recruitment environment. At Ruebik, she also facilitates the development of inclusive training programmes within leading national organisations.

With a background in hospitality and a passion for candidate-first recruitment. Jade uses her experience as a Researcher to combine industry expertise with a person-centred approach to talent acquisition in order to obtain a perfect match for all parties involved in the process.

Erin Rose Uberbacher

Erin, after witnessing gender discrimination in the film industry, joined Ruebik to champion women’s advancement. Her role involves identifying outstanding diverse candidates through data analytics, maintaining relationships, and conducting market research.

With a background in Journalism and Gender & Race Studies, Kimia leverages her creative and social passions to elevate Ruebik’s presence as a thought leader in talent attraction & consultancy. She assists with marketing and public relations, as well as projects and events across the business.
